Day guests should arrive from 11:00am

11:30am – Guests Enter – Conservatory

12:00pm – The Ceremony! – Conservatory

12:30pm – Drinks Reception and Photos (and Crazy Golf!) – Main Bar/Dunkerley/Grounds

2:30pm – Speeches – Conservatory

3:00pm – Wedding Breakfast – Conservatory

5:00pm – Tea and Coffee (and Crazy Golf!) – Main Bar/Dunkerley/Grounds

Evening guests may arrive from 5:30pm

6:30pm – Evening Reception – Conservatory

7:00pm – Cake Cutting and First Dance – Conservatory

8:00pm – Evening Buffet – Conservatory

11:45pm – Last Orders

Finding the Conservatory: From the front door head left through the main bar. Turn right at the bar then immediately left. Descend the two or three steps and the Conservatory is down the corridor on the right.

The Bears Paw is less than 5 minutes drive from Mere Court Hotel, just a short distance along the A50.

We have made a reservation for everyone who RSVPd "Yes" or "Maybe", however due to the number of people the food will need to be pre-ordered. Please complete the form no later than Friday 4th April.

The available menus are the à la carte menu or the set menu, but we have been advised that prices are subject to change between now and the 18th April.
